Milton sterilising fluid is designed to kill all common micro-organisms including coronavirus. It is safe to use on cooking and eating utensils, work surfaces and tiles.
The dilutions for these products to fight the virus are:
Fluid Dilution: Use 2 cap full (60mL) in 1L of cold tap water.
Tablets Dilution: Use 2 tablets in 1L of cold tap water.
Guidance for home surfaces (eg tabletops, work surfaces, fridges, bins, chopping boards, bathroom, toilets, etc) and for schools (eg desktops etc) is -
1. USE GLOVES to protect your skin as the solution might be irritating
2. CLEAN. Wash surfaces in warm soapy water.
3. PREPARE SOLUTION. Fill your unit with 5L of water, add 300 mL of Milton Fluid (10 capfuls) or 10 Milton Tablets
4. WIPE SURFACES and wait for 15 minutes
5. RINSE with clean water as this concentrated solution might damage surfaces.
